2. Contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
3. Violates intellectual property rights.

Love Story offers subscription-based services and features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:
1. The recurring billing of your payment method.
2. Manage or cancel your subscription through the platform you used to subscribe (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
3. No refunds for unused portions of a subscription unless required by law.

Love Story reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or any applicable laws. Upon termination, these Terms will survive to the extent necessary to address disputes or enforce rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Story is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to Love Story in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court as outlined in these Terms, except where prohibited by law.
Before initiating legal proceedings, users must attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations with Love Story’s customer support team.
Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act. Class action and jury trial waivers apply.
Users waive their right to participate in class action lawsuits against Love Story. Disputes must be pursued individually.
Love Story reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or Website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
